Our Principles
We exist to build mental health and wellbeing capabilities and connections, and we do so by providing quality online training that harnesses the power of storytelling to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
As a community, we aspire to achieve a mentally healthier Australia where people and organisations connect and thrive. We aim to achieve this by staying true to our three fundamental principles.
Making a difference through connection
Through early intervention and prevention support, we make a difference in the lives of many.
De-stigmatising mental health
We teach the skills necessary for seeking and providing help, and in doing so, actively contribute to social inclusion and stigma reduction.
Promoting kindness
We nurture a supportive community that promotes kindness and empowers people to connect with others and have care conversations.
Collaborations
A well-connected support network is key to achieving a mentally healthier Australia. That’s why we’ve forged meaningful connections with like-minded individuals and organisations who share our vision.
