FAQs

Absolutely. This is a very common blended model that our clients use, and our feedback always shows that employees really enjoy and benefit from the two variations of learning.

ConnectedLe is very flexible when it comes to rolling out a training program that suits you. Whether it is outside of work hours, in smaller segments, or delivered to teams virtually, we can make it work for you.

Yes. Our online courses are accredited and recognised by the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards. This ensures that our training meets national standards, while providing participants with ongoing confidence in the quality of their learning. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate to certify their participation in the course.

They may occur in person at your organisation or be delivered online, based on client preference. We are based in South East Queensland and are happy to travel.

Our programs are flexible and can be accessed in a way that best suits your organisation. We offer self-paced online courses, facilitated workshops, and blended options that mix online and face-to-face learning.

Yes. We offer ongoing access to learning materials, video recaps, and practical tools to reinforce knowledge. Organisations can also opt for follow-up sessions or coaching to embed skills long-term.

Mental Health First Aid focuses on responding to an individual experiencing a mental health crisis. While ConnectedLe also covers this, as well as recognising the warning signs, our education takes a wellbeing-led, prevention-first approach. We build confidence levels of learners to spot early signs of distress, intervene early and connect people to supports and services.

All workshops and programs are delivered by our co-founders, Dr. Kylie Armstrong and Nicole Evans. This helps to keep things personal, and ensures that all organisations are receiving the same quality service.

Accreditation Statement

NSQDMH recognises accredited education

ConnectedLe has been awarded accreditation to the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards until May 2027. ConnectedLe was assessed by The Institute for Healthy Communities Australia (IHCA) through a rigorous certification process and achieved full compliance against the NSQDMH standards.

What does it mean if a service is accredited to the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards?

A government agency called the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care wrote the Digital Mental Health Standards to help people identify high-quality digital mental health services. They worked with people who use digital mental health, mental health experts and industry experts to make sure that accredited services pay attention to the things that keep services safe. An accredited service keeps your information private, and they will ask for your feedback. They also make sure their services are based on strong evidence. A service gets accredited by an approved agency that has been trained to check for safety and quality issues. They check evidence to show the service meets the Digital Mental Health Standards, so you can know that the service keeps people safe. The Commission has more information on the Digital Mental Health Standards and what accreditation means.

The ConnectedLe courses listed have been accredited against the NSQDMH Standards and can be found on the Commission’s register of accredited service providers. All online courses are delivered through the ABC Mental Wellbeing Framework, which was developed with health professionals, a lived experience-informed advisory group, and representatives from across the healthcare, education, legal and academic sectors. The Framework outlines a set of guiding principles for care governance to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality mental health education.

Fostering Psychological Safety and Wellbeing

Our accredited online courses and workshop programs align with Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) laws, ensuring compliance with Safe Work Australia’s Model Code of Practice for managing psychosocial hazards. To find out more, download the PDF ConnectedLe Alignment with WHS
